I’m a Certified Health Coach with a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Community Health. I’m a trained, Certified Menopause Practitioner. I’m also a licensed acupuncturist.
I have my own perimenopause story: one of many symptoms, including sudden, raging PMS, and pain as though someone had turned up the dial on all my minor aches and pains. Then came anxiety, insomnia and weight gain. I was in my early forties. I had little answers.
Once I understood what was happening in my body, I couldn’t believe that I had been so unprepared, and that the doctors I was consulting hadn’t recognized what I was going through.
That is why my mission is to provide you with information and support, so that you can feel empowered and in control during perimenopause.

Project Perimenopause Express
During three sessions, I’ll share information and make recommendations that will help you satisfy your objectives. $140/session. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Second spring
Six sessions that address different aspects of perimenopause: the physiology of menopause, stress management, lifestyle habits (diet, physical activity, sleep), the treatment of symptoms. $125/session. Each session lasts 45 minutes.

Second Spring Group Program
Various group programs available online and in person. Also available in organizational environments.
